2024 Stanley Cup Playoff Schedule Released

First Round Matchups Set

The NHL has released the full schedule for the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The first round of the playoffs will begin on Wednesday, April 10th, and will feature eight best-of-seven series. The top eight teams in each conference will qualify for the playoffs.

The Eastern Conference playoffs will see the Boston Bruins, Tampa Bay Lightning, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Florida Panthers enter as the top four seeds. The Western Conference playoffs will see the Colorado Avalanche, Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, and Los Angeles Kings enter as the top four seeds.

The full first-round schedule is as follows:

Eastern Conference

• Boston Bruins vs. Washington Capitals
• Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Ottawa Senators
• Florida Panthers vs. New York Islanders
• Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Carolina Hurricanes

Western Conference

• Colorado Avalanche vs. St. Louis Blues
• Edmonton Oilers vs. Winnipeg Jets
• Calgary Flames vs. Vancouver Canucks
• Los Angeles Kings vs. Seattle Kraken
